I am writing you to inform you of how dissatisfied I am concerning the components of my windows. The plastic pivot shoes are cracked and the windows are difficult to open or close. I cant believe you sell such a poor design and expect customers to be happy. I've never seen such a poor design for a balancer and pivot shoe. Very unhappy and i will never buy Simonton windows again.

Hired a carpenter that's been doing it for 30 years plus with excellent reputation. He ordered doors from ABC in Augusta Ga and haven't gotten the right doors for over 1 and half years they keep sending wrong stuff out. So comes to find out need 13 and half inch transom for the patio door but have a 10 and half inch transom for both. ABC claims yaw don't make a 13 and half inch one. But talked to a friend that has been working at a supplier for along time he says he is wrong about that. So i'm running out of time waiting on these doors.

Their licensed certified contractor destroyed the new windows. Installed and uninstalled three times. I was trying to get some technical information, integrity of the doors and windows after they have been in and out three times, so I still have a factory warranty etc. Simonton customer service was no help at all.

I went through home depot to purchase windows and a door from Simonton. The sliding glass door did not have the handles and lock set. I have been trying to get the missing items for a year and Simonton keeps sending the wrong hardware (4 times) in the course of a year. I could not wait any longer and had to purchase another door as I am building a house and have limited time to have all construction complete. Home depot told me I could not get a refund because it was a special order.The door is a standard size door and was very expensive because it is double pane,low E storm door. Simonton stated it was too late to try to get a refund because it has been too long. Really. I have been in contact with Simonton but I have to go through Home depot to receive any credit or refund. I was told Merchandising from Home depot was going to contact me but I'm still waiting. I guess you can sense my frustration. Signed Still waiting in limbo

Replacement center glass for bow window

I was never was contacted about my bow window replacement after I sent information requested. Center glass seal failed. Has moisture between glass. The two side windows were already replaced with the same issue. Center glass measurements 14 1/8" W X 39" high. Glass has tint. Pictures were sent showing the failure of the seals. Would also need seal tape. THANKYOU

Need a screen for my double hung window that was installed in 2008 . I was told by corporate go to Home Depot to purchase one, they said they needed serial # I ask where is located on window did know called corporate they said looked here or there can not locate # can you be more specific where it is located also is it stamped into the window or a piece of paper.
